A VIP Design Day is about making real, visible progress in a short space of time. Rather than focusing on one tiny task, I use the day to move the things that have been sitting on your to-do list forward all at once. This might look like finishing or refining a Showit website or template, improving layout and flow, fixing mobile issues, creating additional pages, polishing everything before launch, or designing supporting assets like pricing guides or social graphics in Canva. Before the day, we’ll decide together what will make the biggest difference for your business so the time is used intentionally and nothing feels rushed or wasted.

Nope! The VIP Design Day is designed to fit around a busy business and real life. You’ll complete a short prep form beforehand and we'll have a 60 minute call before the day so I understand your goals, priorities and preferences. On the day, I usually start with a brief check-in, then I'll work independently while keeping you updated. I may pop up with a quick question if needed, but you’re not expected to sit at your laptop all day making decisions. You can carry on with their day knowing things are being handled.

VIP Design Days are delivered online. All work is completed inside your existing platforms, such as Showit and Canva, and shared digitally. This keeps the process flexible, calm and efficient, and means you can be anywhere while everything gets done.

You don’t need everything perfectly figured out. Before the day, I’ll ask for access to your Showit account (and a Canva link if relevant), any existing content or pages we’re working with, and your brand basics. If you’re unsure what’s needed or what matters most, that’s okay - part of my role is helping you prioritise so I focus on the right things.

That’s completely fine, and very common. You don’t need a fully formed vision to book a VIP Design Day. Many clients come to me because they know something isn’t working, but they don’t want to start from scratch or second-guess every decision. I’ll guide you through what will move things forward most effectively and take the pressure off having to “know it all” upfront.

Instead of weeks or months of back-and-forth, you get focused expert support and assets in one day. Clients often tell me the biggest value is the relief - knowing things are finally done properly and ready to be shared.

VIP Design Days are best for established wedding businesses who already have a Showit website or template and want it to better reflect their value, or someone who wants marketing assets created or updated such as pricing guides, welcome brochures, social media assets etc.. It’s ideal if you’re busy with clients, want fast progress, and care about clarity, experience and confidence - not just aesthetics. If you don’t yet have a website or any content, a template or custom build would be a better starting point.
