Absolutely. Plenty of people use a template for specific page layouts for their existing Showit website, rather than replacing everything at once. It's your template - use it however it helps most. We also have add-on pages that match the Sage design if you want additional pages & offer VIP Days if you'd like me to add them on for you to our templates or existing Showit websites.
Licenses are per-site. If you're a designer wanting to use any of my Showit templates for client work, drop me a message as there's a licensing option for that.
There can be a small dip at first, and that's normal! But it's usually because your current site's SEO hasn't been touched in years, so there's room to actually improve it this time round. We'll guide you through keyword research and exactly where to add your meta titles, descriptions, page names and URL slugs inside Showit, using the SEO in Showit Basics Guide and video walkthrough included with Sage. We also recommend checking Google Analytics before you move anything, so you know which pages are already pulling their weight (and which ones you can leave behind), then setting up redirects from your old URLs to your new ones and submitting them in Google Search Console once you've launched. If you need more hands-on support with SEO and copy then I can highly recommend Jennie Hawkins.
The setup tutorial covers the main process and Showit's support team are really helpful with anything technical you need help with during the editing process. If you hit a wall and need hands-on help, you can book a VIP Design Day or Showit Template Customisation and I'll handle it for you.
Nope! If your blog is already on WordPress, you can request a migration from Showit and they'll move it across for you, rather than you copying and pasting every post one by one. This is available on the highest tier of Showit, or you can choose the middle tier subscription and copy the blog posts over manually then set up URL redirects in your Wordpress acoount to re-route it to the new URL on Showit.
