Alongside the website, I also created a brochure for Jayne - something she can share directly with couples after they enquire, as well as use in printed form.
This means the experience feels consistent from the first click on the website through to the information couples receive afterwards.
The finished website now gives a much clearer, more visual sense of what it’s like to get married at The Orchard at Munsley.
It allows couples to picture their day, understand the space, and feel confident taking that next step - whether that’s booking a viewing or getting in touch.
And just as importantly, it feels much more aligned with the level of experience The Orchard at Munsley offers.
Jayne is the owner of The Orchard at Munsley, a tipi wedding venue set within a beautiful apple orchard in Herefordshire - surrounded by open green fields and designed for couples looking for a more relaxed, countryside wedding away from the city.
She came to me at a point where her existing website wasn’t fully reflecting the experience the venue offers. It wasn’t very visual, and it didn’t give couples a clear sense of what a wedding at the venue would actually feel like.
We started with my Laurel Showit template, which works particularly well for venues and service-based businesses that need to balance information with a strong visual presence.
From there, the focus was on bringing the venue to life online.
One of the key challenges was that the tipis aren’t up all year round, which meant we needed to make sure couples could still clearly understand the layout and atmosphere of the space — even if they were viewing outside of the main season.
So we focused on:
- Adding drone footage to immediately showcase the setting and scale of the venue
- Increasing the use of imagery across the site to create a more immersive feel
- Structuring pages so couples could easily understand how the space works
- Highlighting different areas of the venue to help them visualise their day
- Ensuring the flow of the site guided visitors towards booking a viewing or enquiry
Jayne’s branding is soft and nature-inspired, with lighter greens, deeper tones, and warm tan shades that reflect the tipis themselves.
We carried this through the website, alongside subtle details like her apple icon, which was used throughout the design to add personality in a way that still felt cohesive.
"As a small business owner, I spend a lot of time on Instagram looking for inspiration while also intentionally supporting other small businesses. As a Pennsylvania resident, I never imagined I would cross paths with Calluna & Thyme, a UK-based small business, but Instagram had other plans!!
I was at a point in my business where I knew it was time to level up, and Amber's content felt like it was speaking directly to me. After our initial Zoom call, it was a no-brainer to work alongside her as she helped me completely revamp my website.
Amber made the entire process seamless, and I am now so proud to have a website that truly feels like me and perfectly reflects the vibe of my business. I highly recommend Amber and her Showit templates. They are absolute game changers. By choosing Amber, you are working with someone who genuinely cares about you and the success of your business! I can not recommend her enough!
